Karen and her husband Pete   have been married for five years. Her husband is currently attending seminary to become a Pastor. God has blessed them with three beautiful children. A daughter, Lorelei, just turned 4 in October. A son, Nolan, turned 2 in September. And their newest addition, Tobias, was born on August 28, 07! They also have a Jack Russell Terrier named Tessa, who is full of energy around new people, and extremely lazy around them! Amidst her busy days of caring for a newborn and two energetic youngsters, She thoroughly enjoys homeschooling her daughter two days a week for preschool, and having a craft day with her son and daughter once a week! Painting with a two year old is an adventure!

Karen completed her education through Trinity Western University. She taught for 4 years in a Christian school in Surrey, B.C. After having Nolan, God called her to explore the homeschool community. This is her second year with Regent and she feels very blessed to be working with such amazing staff. Karen has a wonderful group of families to work with in Surrey and Langley, and it's an honour for her to work with families that care so immensely for their children's future. Contact Karen by email.
