Al and his wife Kali have been married for 14 years, and have five beautiful children ranging in age from 18 months up to 11 years (it seems hard to believe). Kali and Al have been homeschooling their children for the past six years, and have found it to be a wonderful extension of normal family life in their home. Al received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education degrees from the University of British Columbia. He has been teaching in BC for 10 years now, including time in both the independent and public school systems. For the past four years Al has been teaching Maths, Sciences and PE at Frances Kelsey Secondary in Mill Bay, B.C. He has also spent several years working with youth at his church, and He has found this to be a very rewarding ministry to be a part of.
