If you are enrolling or re-enrolling your child/children in our Distributed Learning (DL) program, then please read the following information and proceed to the online application form.

Please fill out the application form in its entirety. This will expedite your enrolment process.

After filling out the admission form:

  • Please ensure you print out the residency form (click to download) and mail it in with a photocopy of your child's birth certificate.  If you are re-enrolling, only the residency form must be mailed.
  • An email and a telephone call will follow your application as a confirmation.
  • We will process all applications on a first-come first-served priority.

PLEASE NOTE:  The curriculum and services funds that are available to each child is based on a full academic year.  If your circumstances change, and you need to withdraw in the first half of the year, you can only expect to utilize 50% of those funds.  Students withdrawing in the second half of the year will be allowed a proportional amount of the full year funding.  Please be advised that if you have used more than the allowable amount when you withdraw, you will be required to repay RCOA for the amount over the allowable portion of curriculum funds.
